Meet Our Team

Falicity Boleman, PT, DPT, C/RPSF, NDTClinic Director
Falicity graduated from Azusa Pacific University with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2012 and prior graduated from San Diego State University with a bachelors degree in Kinesiology in 2007. She spent 2 years getting Neurodevelopmental Technique with Runyan Problem Solving Framework for Stroke and Cerebral Palsy. She has extensive clinical experience in neurologic, pediatric and orthopaedic rehabilitation in a variety of settings ranging from acute rehabilitation to outpatient and inpatient subacute care facility. Her personal interests include golf, hiking, reading, and spending time with her family and friends.
Michael Cavazos, PT, DPT, OCS
Michael graduated from Union College with a bachelors degree in Biology in 2010. After moving to California, he attended Loma Linda University, where he received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2014. Michael the Rancho Physical Therapy Orthopedic Residency Program in 2015 and received his Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist certification in 2016. His personal interests include golf, racquetball, hiking, reading, and spending time with his family and friends.
Amelia Valpreda, PTA
Amy grew up in Southern California and got her undergraduate degree at Humboldt State University in 1998. After enjoying her 20’s, she graduated with honors from Loma Linda University as a Physical Therapist Assistant in 2004. In her over 10 years of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant the bulk of her experience has been in an Out Patient Orthopedic setting treating a variety of post surgical patients and working closely with PT to optimize patient outcomes. She has special interest in. working with high end athletes and general deconditioning.
