The optimumMe app provides an easy way to view and complete home exercise programs prescribed by an Optimum Care Provider physical therapist or coach. RanchoPT is an Optimum Care Provider and our patients can view all daily exercises, including detailed explanations and video demos for each. Once completing an exercise, you can rate its difficulty, and tell your provider if you experienced any pain.
