Our Team

Julie Scira – PT, MPT

Since then, she has focused on patient care in the outpatient orthopedic setting. She enjoys combining her manual therapy skills with effective modalities, exercise, and patient education to maximize patient success with their rehab programs. She is board certified as an Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist and director of the Temecula Parkway office.

Jennifer Orr – PT, DPT

She received a Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Loma Linda University in 2006, and is board certified as an Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist and Sports Clinical Specialist. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association Orthopaedic and Sports sections. Jennifer specializes in working with local athletes of all ages and has provided support to the athletic training staff at Great Oak High School football games since 2011. While out of the office, Jennifer is typically swimming, cycling, or running to train for long-distance endurance events. She has completed multiple Ironman triathlons and is aspiring to compete in the trans-continental bike race (Race Across America) in 2020.

Emily Bartelt – PT, DPT

Emily graduated from Concordia University Wisconsin with her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology in 2009 and went on to receive her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2012 from the same university. Since that time, she has focused on treating patients in outpatient orthopedics with a “hands on” manual therapy approach. She has been working for Rancho Physical Therapy since 2014 and completed Rancho’s Orthopedic Clinical Residency Program in 2015 to further her education and clinical specialization. Emily became a Board Certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist in June 2016 and is also an orthopedic section member and credentialed clinical instructor through the American Physical Therapy Association.

Aaron Mock – PTA

Aaron graduated with honors in 2016 from Loma Linda University’s Physical Therapist Assistant program and has been working at Rancho Physical Therapy since that time. Prior to becoming a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant, Aaron received his bachelor’s degree in Communications from Elizabethtown College in Pennsylvania in 1997 and enjoyed a successful career in television broadcasting. Aaron suffered a back injury followed by 6 weeks of physical therapy which inspired him to pursue a career change into the field of physical therapy. Aaron is a former collegiate baseball player and cross-country runner. In his spare time, Aaron is a sports enthusiast and an avid runner, having completed 3 full marathons.

Stephen Martinez – PTA

Stephen graduated from Concorde College in 2016 with a Physical Therapist assistant degree. He moved back home to the local area from Virginia after several years of military service. He has since concentrated on orthopedic manual therapy to treat the “root-cause” of a patient’s problem by utilizing biomechanical assessments and helping people move better. Stephen believes that patient education is the key to treatment and this is what leads to superior outcomes. He has since taken many continuing education courses all over the nation. His clinical interests include neck pain, back pain, knee pain, ankle pain, shoulder pain, elbow pain, post-surgical pain, fall and balance prevention. He enjoys being outside, weightlifiting, and mountain biking in his spare time.
